How MakerQuote handles your information

Quotations stay in your browser
When you save quotations or rate profiles, MakerQuote stores the data using browser local storage on the device you use. We do not automatically upload quotation amounts, customer names, addresses or saved business profiles to the MakerQuote server. Other people using the same browser profile may access this locally stored data. You can delete stored quotes from the interface or clear your browser's site data. You can export or import a JSON backup; treat backups as private business records.
Optional beta feedback
The feedback form is optional. Its online submission remains disabled unless database storage, anti-spam verification and a privacy review have been configured. Until then, the Download feedback button saves your answers on your device and sends nothing to us. When online submissions become available, the form will send only your selected role, rating, preferred feature, premium interest and optional written comments, as well as an anti-spam verification token. Do not include client details or contact information in your comments. No pricing or saved quotation content is attached automatically.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for MakerQuote to help measure page visits, referral sources and page-loading performance. It uses a browser-based analytics script provided by Cloudflare. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-focused and not reliant on visitor-tracking cookies. Analytics may collect page URLs and technical request and performance data, which Cloudflare processes to provide site statistics. Do not include personal information in page URLs. This site analytics service is separate from the optional product-action counter.
Product-action measurement remains disabled unless its endpoint is configured and you deliberately turn on the separate on-page option. It is designed to count event types, not quotation amounts, customer names or saved business records. Saved quotations and shop profiles remain stored in your own browser and are not attached to Cloudflare Web Analytics reports. Privacy limitations
We do not guarantee that network metadata is invisible to our hosting provider. We do not operate accounts or payment processing in this beta. Before activating online feedback, the operator must publish a suitable contact method, data retention procedure and final privacy notices. This beta is not tax or accounting advice.
